Batman: Arkham Asylum - Yes or No?

First off, let me say I am very happy there is a board for this game, now. But, I am stuck in a predicament. I played the demo, going into it half-heartedly, but I fell in love with it. I have played the demo many a time now, and I am considering buying the game. I really feel as if I should buy it, but, I want to be sure.

Should I rent the game first, or should I just buy it? Thanks for the tips in advance! :smileywink:

The Demo did not do it justice at all, however, the advice that I have is to rent forst if you are not sure about it. I mean, just because I like doesn't mean that you will.

Great game, Im a liitle worried about the replay value. I realkly wish it had some multiplayer gameplay. With that said I rented it with my monthly pass, so just rent it and you decide.

Thanks everyone.

I'm also wondering about something by (to date) favorite superhero game lacked (inFAMOUS) - the ability to replay missions after beating them. Does B:AA do that?

The game is amazing! Its a yes all the way.  Now you have to decide what kind of gamer are you.

If you are the type to run thru the game & not worry about solving all the riddles & getting platinum trophy you can rent it.

but

If you're like me that explores every damn nook an cranny plus the fact that I have a full time job and actually like to sleep at night then it would be a purchase.
