So I have had some interesting experiences with the camera angles in this game getting in the way. Most recently in particular in the:
I can't move the camera up or down and it makes it impossible to look for the locations of guards and their patrol patterns. I also have noticed that the camera often blocks the view of my open conflict fights from a tree, builiding, fence, and whatnot. Making some of my combat experiences rather tedious. I spend time spamming the parry button hoping I don't get killed while trying to pan the camera around to see the action.
This is a manageable inconvienance but seems like somthing that happens far too often for me personally, and could have been better managed. Don't get me wrong... love the game! Wonky camera angles are a pain in the arse though.

The game has an untold amount of bugs still. I've played through it 2 times now (and my last) and have encountered over
60 different recurrin bugs/glitches. It's pathetic. And for some reason PS3 is the worst version of them all regarding this.
You should have free camera control with the right analog stick. If it's bugging out on you try resetting it with R3. If that doesn't
work, you probably are in need of rebooting the game itself. Yes, it would be annoying, but like I said---this game is ridiculously
full of bugs.
The camera goes to ridiculous spots in open conflict on me all the time as well, but you still have control. Just move it to
a better spot whilst in fights.
