Has anyone on this board pre registered for the three-day event of Otakon under the first pre-reg. date and not had their check cashed/cleared or not recieved anything in the mail yet? I sent them a $70 check so me n my bf could get the cheap 3 day passes before the first deadline. The check was made out on February 26th! Its now almost June and I haven't heard anything and I'm worried.

i can't pronounce ur sn but u always write on my msgs so thanks and thanks again. im going to call you "Chaos" because thats what ur sn looks like. but thanks Chaos i hope it comes soon, the leader of the local anime club said that the 40 people in his anime club all signed up of course and their checks hadn't been cashed yet either so maybe they just take a long time!

hella cool! SWEET! Chaos - guess what? ngh! i got an email from Otakon today after i posted that it cleared!!! hahaahha! i just need to post stuff that i need help on cos ASAP after i posted about never getting Twisted Metal Black online i got it in the mail the next day! what luck!

are you going to go to the big apple anime fest too?  im thinking about trying to go to that.  last year the people who went were the luckiest ever, they got to see the cowboy bebop movie first time in english in theatres and pretty much everyone who had to do with cowboy bebop was there   i wish i had a time machine.

aw no i live in MD isnt that in NY? i prolly can't afford/or make 2 cons within a few months of each other. im trying to save money to move out again. *lol* so i need to conserve!

You may want to rethink that nameing.  There is another board member that is on here with the sn "Chaos".  He might think you would be talking to him.  Have you tried to call or make some sort of contact with organization rather then just setting around waiting?

But i gues you only read my first couple posts, i already got my stuff from Otakon yesterday and I posted that above. =^_^= and yeah we had already emailed and all. hehehehe u think i would sit around and wait? yeah right! i woulda been in their butts all the way up to the doorway of the Con!!!

im in MD too, i think the baaf would be worth the trip though.  and yes, its in new york, aka the "big apple"
