Crash Full Game DLC Trouble

Just picked up the full game dlc from the store and downloaded it and everything but the game is not working. I get as far as clicking on the first level and then it seems to freeze when the game is about to drop Crash into the level and goes no further than this.

Does anyone have a way to fix this or is something just going completely wrong?
