Unfortunately, I think you'd have to buy the disc version to get the Platinum, as the design of the PlayStation Network version was made without Platinum power. Just like Telltale's recent Walking Dead episodic games, that too will see a disc version in stores (even though the PlayStation Network version gets the Platinum).

If I put disc back to the disc in my ps3 will it load up and give me the platinum or do I have to play the whole game over?

Yes, it seems so that you'll still be able to gain the Platinum if you already have the downloadable version. Not only would you have to replay through the game to get all of the same trophies, but you would receive all of the same trophies in a separate trophy file on your system. This means you can buy the game at retail after playing through the entire experience right now, and play it again for double the trophy count (with a Platinum to boot).

you have to play the whole game over again and will get more trophies.
The DL version of the game's trophies have more silvers/gold and fewer bronze than the disc game to make up for the lack of platty.
