free digital comic not working with code

i entered the code exactly how it appears on my psp then a screen pops to confirm the download i select confirm and it says code not enterned correctly or code not in valid

Try downloading it directly to your PSP via Account Management, that currently seems to be the most reliable method.

playstationcomics.com and you have to use your psp to download the code pc & ps3 doesn't download it.

Also make sure the letters are in Caps or just jump onto a different computer and get another code.

works for me just fine

EDIT: O wait nvm, it was downloading and when it ogt to 100% it said download failed

ok now since it failed after 100, ithought mabye i havent activated the video/comic thingy so i went there activated it, then i went to download the comic again but now what happening to you is happening to me now!
