Unauthorized ID change

so i havent played PS4 for a couple months now and i tried to log in today but i cant... i searched my emails and there was an email sent to me that said that my ID has changed although i wasnt the one who authorized it... so now i cant log in since i dont know the ID... Can someone help maybe?

    You'll need to contact Support for the region of your account so that they can reverse the change. You will alao need to provide them with information regarding the account to prove ownership of it.
