Refund

I was not expecting an automatic payment. And the refund request is down. How can I get a refund?

  • You don't.

All services auto renew if you don't cancel before they expire.

You were told this when you subscribed.

  • However I did read up on the refunds, and it is possible within 14 days of payment. Your statement did not help me what-so-ever. Please refrain from comments that do not help.

  • Unless you live in great britain, you did not read up on any refund policy as there is none unless required by law where you live. Ill assume usa region since this is the forum you are on. All sales are final, and you would have to call/live chat with support to get a refund, not by posting in a public forum. They can deny your request with or without reason though.

@Mawlzy, given that your account is based in Canada the 14-day refund policy does NOT apply to you, as already outlined above.  Feel free to refrain from relying on incorrect information and/or policies that do not apply to you.

  • I am in Canada, not too sure if that is with the "USA" region.

  • So......

You were able to read up on the incorrect policy on refunds but you neglected to read up on the warning when subscribing to a service.......

Please refrain from making your ignorance public.

The Terms of Service for the US and Canada are the same.  There is NO 14-day refund policy for the US, nor for Canada.  Hopefully the confusion has now been cleared up?
