Anyone know if the PlayStation Remote Play FPS can be limited?

Can any of you guys with a computer test if it's possible by lowering your processor power to lower fps?

So go to on your computer that has remote play installed

-control panel

-power plans

-change advance power settings

-processor power management

Minimum processor state

1%

1%

Maximum processor state

1%

1%

(THIS WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO YOUR COMPUTER DO NOT WORRY)

Once you test it and can confirm that there is a low frame rate then you are done. Close everything and go back to processor management options and click on restore default this will make everything default again.

I want to see if it's possible with other users. What i mean by limiting FPS is lowering the frame rate using remote play through your computer.

Thanks guys.

Makes zero difference to frame rate... just Freezes the PC app fully at high bandwidth when the CPU is unable to decode the frames in time due to hitting the limit...

if the bit rate goes to high the app just freezes untill the bit rate lowers and CPU recovers

30 FPS is the minimum setting...  You Lower the resolution to lower the load on CPU and GPU... untill the system decodes Streams correctly...

You still need to buy the correct Windows Tablet, laptop with the correct minimum Specs... and the Correct intergrated GPU to drive the Display not just CPU...

Having some thing To old will just be too OLD to have 1080p/720p at 30fps...  Lower resolutions will be required...

Remember to use a internet guide or video to disable Microsofts Back ground spy ware tasks that you dont need...

It may allow the CPU  get more resources to the actual app and GAME MODE on Windows 10 needs to be disabled as its been making things WORSE not better in resource management...
